I recently visited Memphis Tip Top Bbq and let me tell you the food was great. It is almost addicting The staff is warm and inviting and make you feel like you are family. The ribs are seasoned just right and melt in your mouth. The side dishes are good as well. I know we are in a recession right now, but is reasonably priced. You get nice size portions. If you are in the Modesto area, you don't have to travel to get good Bbq, just head on over to Memphis Tip Top, you will not regret it.

Spent $28.00 for 2 plates of food, expecting something decent with a name like Memphis. Instead got no taste BROILED food ribs with little meat and no flavor as everything eles like chicken, pork. The BBQ beans were ok and i mean just ok, the potato salad was alright, the green bean were mushy and straight from a can. Won't recommand to my worst enemy. Jason (Modesto)
